WELCOME TO O & T DEVELOPMENT (PTY) LTD
O & T Development (Pty) Ltd was formed in June 2003. The Company focuses on acquiring and developing land, whether it be for the commercial, retail or residential market / sector.
Our main focus is the Pretoria area; we are however, spreading our wings to Pietermaritzburg where plans are underway to develop a 6500m² convenience centre called the “Woodburn Boulevard” on Alan Paton Drive (main road to Durban).

In 2006 O & T developed “Atterbury Boulevard”, a 5250m² retail centre for their client Scarlet Ribbon Properties (Pty) Ltd in Atterbury Road East and are now eagerly working towards developing further upmarket offices, convenient retail centres and secure, exclusive residential estates of this quality and calibre.
